Poppies remind us of the service of so many in our communities. They represent the sacrifices made, past and present, to ensure our freedom.
I create these poppy pendants and lapel pins simply because of the beauty of this flower however, I am consistantly touched by the emotion reaction to them by service member and their families. I have always refrained from selling them in the month of November because I did not want to profit from this.
However, this Remembrance Day I would like to make a donation to our local Legion Branch raised from the sales. I have ten set aside that I would like to sell and ALL proceeds collected, every cent from the purchase, will be donated to Sooke Legion Branch #54.
Each pendant and pin is handsculpted and one of a kind. If you would like to donate your purchase and have a piece of fine art jewellery to wear on November 11th please visit my website jillwarnearts.com

Vancouver Island is the inspiration. From our local landscapes and wildlife, to our unique species of old growth cedars and arbutus trees, the island provides imagery rich with the ancient spirit of the west coast. I have tried to capture, at least a small piece of, our unique culture and community in these small creations to carry close to the heart.
Every Cameo is a unique handsculpted clay creation. My intent is to deliver a unique piece, of wearable art, to each client.
